Carlos Ruiz was the 2025 Associate Tournament Director and will server as the 2026 MTC Tournament Director.

Carlos serves as an MTC board member and has managed tournament operations for several years. He led player recruiting for the 2025 MTC men’s draw. He is head coach for the Marquette University High School gold boys tennis team. Carlos is retired from a successful career in health care management and resides in West Bend, Wisconsin with his wife Linda.
